Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though orders already placed will be honoured at the price shown at the time of purchase.

In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an email confirmation, but a contract is only formed when we dispatch your items.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. All payments are processed securely and we do not store your full card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• UK Mainland: 2-5 business days
• Scottish Highlands & Islands: 3-7 business days
• International: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing for international orders.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at info@bisousbisous.shop with your order details. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Please note: Personalised items, perishable goods, and items damaged through misuse cannot be returned unless faulty.
